The following notarized Affidavit was furnished by Vivian L. Richbourg on April 3, 2017.
Mr. Richbourg knew both Zeke Goldblum and Clarence Miller during their time in prison. Miller told one story to the police, prosecutor, and jail guards and a “different story” to fellow inmates. This “different story” included him speaking the truth regarding his role as the killer of George Wilhelm as well as the innocence of Zeke Goldblum.
His eye-opening Affidavit independently corroborates the following other pieces of exculpatory evidence proving Zeke Goldblum’s innocence of the murder.
- Miller’s 1980 PCHA
- Dixon’s 1998 Affidavit
- Dixon’s 1999 Board of Pardons testimony
- Ronald O’Shea’s 1996 Affidavit concerning Freeman setting-up Zeke for the murder solicitation(s)
- Miller’s statement in Tim Menees’s 1995 Post-Gazette feature article when he openly admitted to “killing a man for asking too many questions”
- The prosecution’s longstanding belief and post-trial admission that Miller was the actual arsonist of the Fifth Avenue Inn, not Wilhelm
- Fred Orlosky’s two 1976 FBI polygraphs that exculpated Zeke from the land fraud
- Board of Pardons member Richard Gigliotti’s 1999 deposition concerning his interview with Miller when Miller admitted to participating in the stabbing of Wilhelm
- Private Investigator John Portella’s 1984 interview with Fred Orlosky wherein Orlosky states that Zeke was not involved in the land fraud and Zeke did not participate in the Wilhelm murder
- Attorney Charles Scarlata’s & Private Investigator John Portella’s 1984 interview with Fred Orlosky wherein Orlosky again states that Zeke knew nothing about the land fraud
- Dedo’s proffered trial testimony that Zeke was not involved in the land fraud
